How long is the cord for Winston?

I'll preface this poll by saying for the sake of the Bucs I hope Winston gets things going in the right direction and this post doesn't come to pass.

But when we say Winston has to prove it this year, I don't think that means he has 16 games. I wonder at what point Arians will cut the cord, if it comes to that. I don't think its a matter of his patience running out. I think he already has an idea of the point at which the decision will need to be made. I can't believe he would endure a whole entire year of what happened in Week 1.
