How Many Other Teams Are In Need of 9 starters?

I want to have someone tell me that? Mike Evans, Winston, McCoy, and David are all so good that they make us look average and keep us in most games.

We are missing 9 starters. Or another way to say it is that none of the top 5 or 6 teams would start any of our current roster in the following positions:

RB

CB 1

CB 2

Left Guard

Center (Market is a good right guard)

SDE

WDE

Nose Tackle

Place Kicker

If you think about that, then you begin to realize how badly this roster has been managed. Those top 5 or 6 teams may be looking to upgrade 1-3 players via FA and the draft. We need 9.
