How much better will the Buccaneers offense be next year?

Just read this article and I would say it is spot on. While we are all salivating over Jameis Winston and what he brings to the field, it is the addition of Koetter that will improve our offense the most this season. While the offensive line was horrendous last year, it was our offensive play calling that destroyed this team.
