From top to bottom, how can so many mistakes be issued? The draft is hit or miss for almost every team there is. But some of the selections the Bucs have made look almost like they WANT the Bucs to wallow.

Anyways, I digress. How can so many poor draft selections be made? Why does Licht love smallish DBs with limited athletic range? Why did he do so little to emphasize the o and d line?! Why did he draft a kicker...IN ROUND *%¥<*+g two!?
Licht is not good at his job at all. Arguably one of the worst in the league. Cannot wait to see who the next GM is. He made his money.
