How much more of Shorts do we need to see?

I'm not understanding why this guy is still on the roster and why Licht isn't looking at other vet WRs. I understand Koetter coached him briefly in Jacksonville but that is no excuse. He's played in 5 games with only 2 catches despite being desperately thin at the WR position. This guy isn't cutting it and doesn't deserve to be on this football team. We could literally sign anyone off the streets and get the same production (which is literally NOTHING). Jason Licht continuing to do nothing at WR is alarming, does he just want Jameis to throw to Evans every play for fantasy purposes or something? Cecil Shorts needs to be cut and replaced with a different vet WR. This clown got his chance and doesn't belong.
