Was there a part of this team that didn't need a complete makeover when schiano took over? Punter/kicker/Long Snapper (thanks Calico)? Anything else?
How did Schiano start 6-4?
Poor attempt at deflection. Answer the question.
The question is asinine, and the answer irrelevant. Of course the roster needed an overhaul. Morris coached the youngest and cheapest team in the NFL for three seasons in a row. The Bucs roster has needed a makeover since 2008. Schiano was lucky enough to get one, in the way of millions upon millions of dollars in roster upgrades on both sides of the ball. He has taken those upgrades.............and is currently looking likely to lose more games in his first two seasons than that Raheem Morris guy you like to blame everything on did in his 1st two, without the benefit of a financially generous front office. Stop making excuses.
Nailed it.

How much of an improvement has Schiano been over Raheem ?
Well, you gotta admit, you don't cringe every time that Schiano opens his mouth during a press conference like you did when Raheem spoke. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azB5wGPRcV0
The schiano nut huggers aren't going to like today's results. Will you then shut up when the 9ers outcoach and violate schiano's little brain?

Buccaneer Fan of the Year
What Rah has done with Freeman is far beyond what Gruden did. Yes, he gained TB a Lombardi, but he also didn't find a franchise QB that will be serviceable for the next ten years either. No matter if Rah is there or not, Freeman now will be, and that's very comforting. Now TB will be in contention for the next ten years no matter who the HC is.
I'm sorry, could you repeat that please?
Oh that's sig worthy there.

Yes, but how much of an improvement has Schiano been over Morris? A loss in our next three games means that Schiano has a worse record in two seasons than Morris did in two seasons.....and Morris won four games his 1st year. He also got more out of Freeman than Schiano did. Imagine that. Better coaching? Or magic fairy dust?
Morris "got more out of Freeman" than any other coach ever will. According to your theory, that makes Raheem the greatest coach that ever lived. Now, if you can just find some people stupid enough to believe that Freeman didn't decline, then you can sell your idiotic theory.

Pretty much all Bucs fans thought Freeman was our franchise guy after 2010. Most people didn't were either haters, trolls or racists. Or in Java's case, all 3.
You forgot "gullible," along with 'a whole lot smarter' than you, Captain Excuse.
"Pretty much all Bucs fans thought Freeman was our franchise guy after 2010. Most people didn't were either haters, trolls or racists. "The people who saw through the smoke and mirrors are bad people, but the gullible nitwits aren't. Lol. Classic Red Board idiocy from a classic Red Board idiot.

Who said that he didn't decline? Of course he declined, smart one. The question is, WHY did he decline? I had a car that I gave to my nephew. He drove it for a while without any proper maintenance. The car took a crap, and has since been repaired, but hasn't driven the same since. By your perception of my theory, that makes me the greatest car owner that ever lived. Now, how much of an improvement has Schiano been under Morris? Is it an improvement to upgrade the roster so dramatically, and then end up losing more games than the last guy did in two seasons? Since we're discussing theories, sell me on yours.
