"Pretty much all Bucs fans thought Freeman was our franchise guy after 2010. Most people didn't were either haters, trolls or racists. "The people who saw through the smoke and mirrors are bad people, but the gullible nitwits aren't. Lol. Classic Red Board idiocy from a classic Red Board idiot.

Wait, wait, wait...Did Freeman decline, or was it all smoke and mirrors under Morris? Because smoke and mirrors are usually the cause of production outpacing talent, which would be a credit to the coach.

Yea, cause having one of the best TD to INT ratio's in NFL history in his 2nd season just screamed that he wasn't going to pan out and wouldn't be a franchise QB for us.I'd love to see what you had to say about Freeman in 2010, but you've been banned twice since then so I wouldn't be able to find your posts.

My theory is that:1. You're ruled by your emotions, and twist logic and reasoning to support conclusions already arrived at by emotion,2. You're noticeably racist,3. There's no point in interacting with you, other than to make fun of you.

LMAO. Von Mises didn't even realize he was contradicting himself with all of the bullshit he is spewing out right now.

Freeman was an undisciplined, running QB, that couldn't read a defense, and who benefitted from an easy schedule. When the schedule regressed to the mean, and Freeman stopped running, all that was left was an undisciplined QB that couldn't read a defense. Now embrace your intellectual dishonesty and say Schiano ruined poor Josh. Throw in a line or two about how I'm getting owned.

And what I said about Freeman in 2010 was the same thing I said in '11 and '12: overall average and wildly inconsistent. I overestimated him.

He also got more out of Freeman than Schiano did.

CBW never strays far from his intellectual dishonesty ^^^The subject is a comparison of coaching ability and Morris "got more" i.e., he coached greatness out of Freeman where Schiano did not . . . . .  roflmaoFrom Espn:Once again Wednesday, Frazier wouldn't rule out the possibility of Freeman playing again this year, but he also wouldn't commit to the idea of the quarterback playing. Frazier said Freeman will be inactive Sunday, which means he could start two games, at most, the rest of the season. As quickly as the Vikings rushed Freeman into action after signing him Oct. 7, and as reluctant as they've been to play him again even as their other quarterbacks have been mediocre, it seems increasingly obvious that Freeman isn't doing enough to surpass the Vikings' other quarterbacks. That could be for a couple reasons. The Vikings have been working with Freeman on his footwork all season, and he's still seemed to struggle with his accuracy in the times I've watched him in practice. Frazier also said on Nov. 20 that while Freeman has put in the work to learn the Vikings' offense, adding he'd surpassed the team's expectations based on what they had heard about him, it would be hard for the quarterback to have a "complete grasp" of the offense when he wasn't with the team in training camp. It's also important to reiterate what we've discussed before: The Vikings are 3-9-1, and Frazier likely has every reason to be concerned about his future, considering he is only under contract through 2014. If winning a few games at the end of the year gives him a chance to save his job, that's not a terribly conducive environment for him taking chances. Frazier and general manager Rick Spielman have both said the head coach made the decision to start Freeman on Oct. 21, though it's hard to know if anyone above Frazier strongly suggested to him that Freeman should start before he made that call. But as hasty as the move looks now, what's clear is Freeman hasn't put the onus on the Vikings to give him another shot after an embarrassing game on national TV. While the Vikings' other two quarterbacks have kept the bar relatively low for Freeman to clear, the fact that he'll be on the sideline for the eighth straight week should say plenty.

So no regression. Just a bad QB that Morris made look good. Got it.

Now embrace your intellectual dishonesty and say Schiano ruined poor Josh.

MY intellectual dishonesty? Please. You are talking out of both sides of your mouth, as usual. The "intellectual dishonesty" argument is your attempt at smoke and mirrors. So in essence, he started off a bad QB, used smoke and mirrors to look good (No coaching involved. Scheme and preparation played no role. Just the running and the schedule. That's all), and then declined once Schiano got here, but it again had nothing to do with coaching (Lack of proper scheme and preparation played no role. Just the running and the schedule. That's all). So the Buc Von Illuminator theory is that Freeman was a bad QB who looked good, who regressed into a bad QB that looked bad. He "regressed" from bad to............bad. This is the type of stuff you put out there that makes you think you're smarter than everyone else?

Throw in a line or two about how I'm getting owned.

I feel the same way about it as I do excessive touchdown celebrations. Act like you've been there before, and are going to get there again, because both are true.

Race card award for the day goes too....I'm a noticeably racist poster who defended Barrett Ruud, wanted Luke Kuechly 1,000 times more than I wanted Mark Barron, wanted Matt Stafford 1,000 times more than I wanted Josh Freeman, and knows the difference between someone who is actually intelligent and someone who is faking it.Keep up the illusion, Luminous. There are enough "gullible nitwits" on the message board to think that dropping classic jewels such as "all big cats are solitary, except for the ones that aren't" is the apex of message board intellectualism.

Yeah, you're right. Freeman's inability to read defenses and inclination to stay in the pocket had no affect on him for the first six games of the season.

Freeman was an undisciplined, running QB...

In three years of starting in college he ran for 360 yards. Try again.

Since you're now trying to deflect and distract instead of defending your point, I'm going to assume that we're all agreed, Freeman was in decline before Schiano.

I'm not deflecting or distracting from anything, you twit. I'm taking your assertion head on. You said he fell off of a 10 game cliff. How do you explain him playing well before that? Well enough for Schiano to get his only wins against teams actually trying in 2012?

Isn't it a lot easier to just say no?This is not improvement. This is different styles of coaching producing similar failing results.
