How to make Winston a successfull rookie?

People are saying Winston is pro-ready.  Well, maybe he's used to some stuff, but that won't make him pro-ready.People are often saying, to make Newton and Mariota successful early on, use plays from their college days.  Well, why not use plays from Winston's college times as well?  And of course, let him learn the playbook and make new plays.
