How will Brady signing affect our free agency and draft?

I would think that signing Brady would make us much more attractive for free agents at all positions, but particularly receiver; it could mean:
- Perriman signs for a reasonable deal (although I don't want him -- he is not a consistent player and not a good fit for Brady's skill set)
- we could get some other free agent receiver on a reasonable deal (God I wish we still had Humphries -- he would be the TB version of Edelman); obviously there are a ton of good receivers in the draft
- Suh will likely sign for a reasonable amount now
- It would seem now we HAVE to get an OT in Round 1 and an OG in the middle rounds

What else could this mean for free agency and the draft?
