I can't believe what the I am seeing from this team this year. After hearing every Buc's insider explain this team isn't very talented it makes me wonder if Lovie is even capable of putting a roster together. I saw a Micheal Johnson yesterday that needs to grow up give his paycheck back for his lousy attitude and effort. One play where Stafford reverses and is lead block Johnson who is 6'7'' gets pushed back a yard! What NFL lineman wouldn't like a shot at a quarterback like that??? Or when Sims rushing up the middle and gets blown up EDC's ass is walking back to the huddle. There is no heart, fight, nor will to win on this football team. I know everyone is saying tank the season and land the #1 overall pick, truth be told I hope it works out but scared to death about Lovie/Licht making this decision. Let's be honest there are so many players that need to go this year and I just hope we can turn this thing around, because it's embarrassing to look at our stadium and watch this team look as bad as this joke of a team does week in and week out. I just have this deep down gut feeling that Lovie can't put together this tall task of orders this off season, if there ever was a most important off season for this franchise it's this years. While the roster is terrible I am more stunned by the lack of details and discipline this team displays. It's a shame that this team completely defies the game for some of these stupid penalties. This team from the first game on has not looked like they are in sync and I think if they get blown out one more time this year Lovie could be gone after one season. Say what you will but this about this:Tasks this off season:Hire OC: Trestman, Chuds, Gilbride, Olsen (miss his offense) Replace assistants: Warthop, O'Dea, Frazier, maybe Gill ByrdRebuild Roster againDraft a QB or trade (Griffin, Cutler, maybe Kaepernick)While that's only four task ALL of them are major and critical for a turnaround for this team. The question is do the Glazer's have faith in Lovie to complete all these tasks. I honestly feel that it's up in the air rather than concrete for Lovie to come back.
