I am proud of these young Bucs and what they showed today

They are playing at a high level, but the inconsistency and making dumb penalties are all characteristics of a young football squad.  When you have one of the youngest rosters in the league expect it to be like a roller coaster ride.  Enjoy the ride and the twists and turns as there will be ups and downs.  Today, Jameis Winston for example had a massive game.  He looked pro ready and made pro ready throws which validates what the scouts were saying mere months ago.Kudos to the young Bucs upstarts as their futures are bright.
