I know we only see a public persona but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy that would do this. Everyone who looked into what happened at FSU could see that the girl there was nothing but a gold digging whore. This Uber shit just seems ridiculous, grabbing her crotch? Really? Even some of the dumbest people in soceity don't do something like this.
Winston is a smart cat, wasn't he accepted academically to Stanford? I know that doesn't always equate into common sense, but Winston has done a lot of good things in the community and he has tried really hard to be liked publicly since entering the nfl.
If anyone has any theories on why the girl could be lying on Jameis post them if you'd like. The only one I can think of is she asked Jameis and his boys if they were tourist's and then they just brought up how they are NFL players. Jameis says "yeah I'm the quarterback for the Bucs". Jameis at the end of the ride gets out the car, she Googles him and maybe is reminded: "this is the guy who was accused of rape?!"...she goes down a rabbit hole of Winston rapist searches and articles then she figures out a way to scheme an opportunity for a cash grab.
Let's remember that false accusations DO happen, innocent people do get accused often in a grimey world filled with evil POS people. Just saying.
