This was the overwhelming theme of callers this week on 620, post Jameis's youth camp. Caller after caller saying, they had him all wrong. It's no surprise that this sentiment is coming out now and that it's clear to most with a deferential ear, that Jameis is everything that a team needs from their QB to be a competitive franchise for years to come. People here in Tampa are getting a true sense of it now. A good coaching change? Sure seems like it. A good draft? Perhaps, sure seems like it. A good off-season by the QB and other leaders of the team? Sure seems like it. A unifying feeling, that this franchise is on the cusp of something special. I am just glad that Jameis's true character is getting some time in the spotlight and for once, our franchise appears to be built the right way. The national media will catch on to this later. It's going to be a fun fall!
