Consistency is only good if it is WINNING consistency. Being consistently mediocre isn't good. Look at al the new coaches hired in the last few years to make a difference in places like KC, IND, ARI, SD, SEA yeah it can help...a lot.
This team wasn't going anywhere with Dom and Schiano. At least give the fan base some hope...Btw Chip Kelly took a losing Eagles team to the playoffs in year 1.

I disagree with the right coach and players many teams go from worst to first in 1 year.. I can name 6 teams. Kc.last year minn. Wash.cinn.

A monkey could get more season ticket holders to the games then Schiano. In the last 11 seasons, 18 teams have gone from worst to first. It's not a dream it's just whether it happens to us or another team.
Nothing says progress like a 7 win season followed by a 4 win one.
