And not a slow-foot, slow-release, noodle-arm like Trask
Tell us you haven't seen Trask play, without telling us you haven't seen Trask play.
Lefty is gone. Brady is done. The Bucs and us fans need to brace for dark days and rough seas ahead.
Yeah it should but that would be at the expense of Todd Bowles' career. So I'm interested to see what type of moves will be made once Brady is retired. I can't see Bowles coming back if he has a bad season and lets say brings in a vet qb like Brissett. Dude is kind of screwed if Brady retires because he totally bombed it with a "win-now" roster so I bet he will try to "win-now" again but with a vet. If the results aren't good enough he's done. Rolling Trask out next year as the starter would be a career ender imo and he knows it. Deep down I want Bucs to play him just to see what he has and if he isn't the answer then draft Caleb Williams.
Unless the defense is absolutely terrible, I think Bowels will at least get 3 years as HC. He did just help win us a Superbowl, his leash won't be that short. Plus the whole him not getting to pick his staff thing this past year. They'll give his new staff at least 2 years together. I think he survives a bad season if they wanted to target that 2024 draft class.
I really like Drake Maye too. A lot of intriguing names in that group. So as long as Trask gets some action. Roll him with a Baker / Darnold type.

Exactly.
Ummm
Exclusive: Tom Brady has rented a luxury apartment near Miami Beach for over 70 thousand dollars per month as of the 1st of January, per sources.
Brady signed the lease pre-playoffs.
Brady is worth hundreds of millions of dollars and has a few mansions throughout the country
Kyle Trask does not have the arm or the mobility of any of the top QBs in the league. He just doesn't.
I imagine we'll see, eventually, if he has the talent to be an NFL starting QB. However, your opinion of his arm flies in the face of most evaluations. Below is from NFL.com after the combine:
-Trask clearly has the arm strength, touch and placement to wear out one-on-one coverage...
-He's very good at finding his throwing platform and can deliver deep throws with outstanding touch
-Arm strength to whip field-side deep outs with no issues
-Talented downfield passer with touch and accuracy
-Can attack one-on-ones and place deep throw where it needs to go
Walter Football
-Quality Arm
I could provide more, but you get the idea. There may be some knocks on his talent, but his arm is not one of them.
Although no one seems to have any idea where Brady might end up next season, Julian Edelman did offer a prediction on where Brady WON'T be landing. During this week's episode of "Inside the NFL," which airs exclusively on Paramount+, the former Patriots receiver said there's no way Brady is going to return to the place where he's spent the past three years.
"If he has another season, it's not going to be in Tampa Bay," Edelman said.

If Brady decides to play another season, it won’t be in TB. IMHO I don’t think he respects Bowles as HC. I think he should move to the broadcast booth anyway.

#Bucs QB Tom Brady will take time away before making his decision, but based on final interactions, several #Bucs players believe he won’t be back in Tampa
Needs to cut the drama , and make decision so Bucs can move on
Let him take his time, but need to have the mindset as if he’s not returning.
