#Bucs QB Tom Brady will take time away before making his decision, but based on final interactions, several #Bucs players believe he won’t be back in Tampa
Needs to cut the drama , and make decision so Bucs can move on
Let him take his time, but need to have the mindset as if he’s not returning.
I see you're back tracking on your original "noodle arm" assessment.
Semantics. If that's all you're concerned about, you win.
The point still remains, his physical skills (arm, mobility, overall athleticism) do not match up with the top QBs. Based on what I've seen, he's not the answer. I'll be happy if he proves me wrong.. But if I'm GM, I'm looking in the draft for a QB that offers more of a skillset.
We have to move on, assuming Brady won't return. We have to trim a bunch of salaries, we can't push a bunch more dead cap into the future, and we have to develop a new QB. If he wants to come back anyway, that's great.

lolz @ “semantics”
I'd love to be wrong about Trask, but we all know he sucks.
It just is what it is...
So yes, we will likely need to turn to the draft to find a qb and is say that because we cannot waste a year on Trask with Evans at 29.
We still have, when healthy, an elite WR core.
We have a solid offensive line that could look much better with some mobility back there.
We have enough talent to give a rookie a chance to succeed. I'd even be open to Richardson despite FU being awful with qbs.
But Trask isn't the guy. He just isn't. Let it go...
His ball has zero velocity and he runs in mud.
Hard pass
Richardson is a awful QB , good athlete with big arm , but not a NFL starting QB at this point in his career
I'd even be open to Richardson despite FU being awful with qbs.
Dude, are you saying Richardson > Trask? If so, you need to put the pipe down and get some help.
I don't particularly want either of them because as I said, Florida doesn't know how to make an NFL qb.
Richardson is raw... but he's 10x the TALENT Trask is...
I seriously don't understand how anyone can get excited by Trask. He's below average at almost everything
Florida doesn't know how to make an NFL qb.
How are there still people making this ignorant argument?
Did Texas Tech know how to make an NFL QB before Patrick Mahomes?
Did California know how to make an NFL QB before Aaron Rodgers?
Did Wyoming know how to make an NFL QB before Josh Allen?
Did LSU know how to make an NFL QB before Joe Burrow?
Did Clemson know how to make an NFL QB before Watson/Lawrence?
Did Tennessee know how to make an NFL QB before Peyton Manning?
And how in the blue hell is Justin Herbert so good even though Marcus Mariota/Joey Harrington/Akili Smith also went to Oregon?
The list could go on for a while. It is a simpleton's argument to make. Jameis Winston didn't throw 3 million interceptions because he went to FSU. He threw all of those interceptions because protecting the football isn't that important to him.
Do you think a rookie drafted in the latter half of the round is going to be stepping in and starting from Day 1? This year's playoffs prove that you don't have to have a QB drafted in the top 5. We have Hurts drafted in the 2nd round, Mahomes was drafted 12th or 10th, something like that. And of course Mr. Irrelevant in SF. So there is hope that you can score a QB somewhere other than the top 5. But to expect them to step in right away and be the starter on a winning team is not realistic, particularly Anthony Richardson who was a work in progress in college. He certainly isn't a plug and play NFL QB. Trask has had two years with the Bucs system and receivers. It remains to be seen what the system will be with the new OC. Is he going to excite anybody? Yes: The Bucs capologist. And Bucs fans should show a little more recognition of the cap situation. They know its there, but they don't want to think about it. But fans have the same goal as the team. They want to see a winner in the long run, and the cap plays a huge role in that. So respect the cap.I don't particularly want either of them because as I said, Florida doesn't know how to make an NFL qb.

And, most importantly, what do all 3 of those QB's have in common with each other aside from draft status?
