He got an OPI on the first drive. He drops a long ball later on...the db hit it but it was right there. At the end of the half he drops an easy in route that could have given us three points. And to start the second half he drops a 2nd down pass that set up the INT.Don't know what's going on with him. He has made some plays but he has also cost us.This post is made after the FG by Houston. Current score. Tampa 9, Houston 7, Evans 6 (3 we didn't get to try and the 3 he shares partial responsibility for)
