Here is what I think he will do (or I would do) I'd wait, interview and hire Matt Patricia and his staff from NE and retain Dirk as the OC. I personally do not think a team is going to hire Dirk this offseason as a HC and think it's worth rolling the dice and keeping him as our OC.MP would bring in a winning culture to the building as well as a fresh philosophy. I see him as a Bruce Ariens of the Defense. He will be able to bring in some 3-4 personnel guys (Alan Branch) via free agency as well as a full draft worth to stock up on D. I's shop GMAC to any team that wants him for a 1st or 2nd round pick. I do not think he is a fit for 3-4, and I think he is injured way too much to pay him this kind of money. Sell high.I personally think guys like Kwon and Lavonte will fourish in a 3-4.. But what do I know. Licht gets 1 bite at this apple, I think he is going to go hard and get his guys.. Expect a lot of NE/Ari personnel.
