If I'm the Bucs brass, this is what I do . . .

I have all my scouts and coaches . . . G.M also/maybe even owners(in the Bucs case!) . . . put on a piece of paper who they really like, put the paper in a hat(with name on it), and see who really feels like which Qb should be selected.  Then see who grudgingly accepts that maybe the other is the way to go!
