No.At this point, Glennon is a slightly worse version of Cutler with a broader margin for development. He also won't cost $15 million dollars per year, and that will work in his favor.

Why wouldn't we?We're not in a position to draft a QB that will change this franchise overnight.Glennon is a proven starter, a solid one at that, and he's been in this league for one year. He has all the room in the world for improvement. Any coach walking into the locker room would be a fool to throw away Glennon's talent.
Will he go after the QB that got him fired? Probably not.

I think that depends entirely on how the draft falls, regardless of who is the new GM/HC/OC.
i think glennon is a talented QB, but i just don't get the feeling that he is going to be a franchise QB
Exactly Skull! Cutler hated Mike Martz and thought Tice was an idiot, and who hired those guys to those positions? Jay and Lovie clashed on offensive philosophies. Lovie wouldn't adapt to Jay's strengths.

Manziel will be gone by 7th pick regardless. Glennon is going to be the starter next year unless the Bucs make some major moves in the draft to move up but I don't see it happening.
I used to be 100% against manziel, but with the righ coaches in place I'd draft him in a heartbeat.
I'd be surprised is Manziel gets past Cleveland. If they are targeting McDaniels (who was the last coach to get anything out of Tebow) it'll be hard to past on a guy thats a way better version of Tebow.
