He would fix our most glaring weakness (pass rusher) with a sure thing. Don't go and count on a rookie to solve your pass rush, go an get a proven guy in FA. If Frazier is indeed going to be the DC here, we should be the front runners for Jared Allen. Can you imagine having to deal with McCoy & Allen???

Have the crowds packed, and the QB play that will make Sundays entertaining!Also, Manziels presence makes the Bucs a playoff contender, IMO. He just has that "IT" factor in spades. It is his aura.

The Leslie Frazier connection as Lovie's DC could prove valuable, and draw Jared Allen our way... Not bad... I doubt Hardy gets away from the Panthers anyway...

This seems like a dream but also seems very doable. If we got Allen then we'd be in a good position roster wise to make that kind of trade. trading up to number 2 would take a lot but it may be easily worth it. Ballsy move for a new GM but it could make him a legend.

We couldn't run the ball, couldn't pass the ball, and the line of scrimmage was always being set back 2 yards at the snap...no offense will be able to succeed with our oline.

How the hell did Martin make it to the pro bowl if our line is so bad?? I agree it needs to be addressed but its not as bad as some you make it seem. Pass rush has been our most glaring need since Rice left.
Hardy and Allen are going to want money, if we take that avenue then I would be willing to give Hardy what he wants. Allen has about 2 or 3 good years left (I think) but there is no way in hell I would dump loads of money to him when I had to pick between the two (Hardy or Allen). Oh and Hardy taking a hometown discount?, what about his agent??
