But only one of us will be twisted if Bowles is retained next season.

I guess one of us wants to see us get better, while the other is complacent with mediocrity.

🤷‍♂️

He was the coach with a defense that shut down KC when we won the Super Bowl. So, yeah, post was accurate.

Well hell, that’s a generous definition. Using that loosest-of-definition description, Brian Daboll is a 5x Super Bowl winning coach. John Van Dam is a Super Bowl winning coach too. I wonder why he can’t get a better job? And why is that Super Bowl winning coach in Byron Leftwich having to beg for another job to no avail?

It’s almost as if this definition of “Super Bowl winning coach” is absurd.

Almost.

6 more games will tell the tale.

Yeah? You want to fire Bowles now and see how it goes, or just see if we can put something together in these last 6 games?

I want to win, now. Head coach issues will be straightened out by the end of the season.

Til then, anything else is just a distraction.

Great game today, on to Carolina.

Well hell, that’s a generous definition. Using that loosest-of-definition description, Rachaad White is RB1 . . . because. . .  um. . . he was on the 1st play!

Look at you Biggs! Mr. Consistency.  Like in an "average" kind of way

DH will be along momentarily to call you a hypocrite

Canales just put up 27 against the Chiefs.

And, he gets 2 cracks at his former HC and that defense.

Damn, would be comedy gold if he steals one and nails Bowles' coffin shut.

I never considered Anthony Nelson a bad draft selection.  In fact that is very good value for where he was drafted.  JTS on the other hand isn't as good as value and was over drafted based on his potential. Hall on the other hand was a reach no ways about it because they were projecting his size to translate and dominate that side of the line.  Never bought the idea that Hall could be an under tackle because he simply doesn't play with that type of leverage.

For today's game I saw what I wanted to see from Bowles which was pure domination from his team against a lesser opponent.  That trend needs to continue as the season goes on.  Not to say playing against divisional foes will be a cake walk but you have to win convincingly to really take the next step as a team and for Bowles as a HC.
