Yo, I think a bit part of the Glazers deciding whether or not to fire Schiano and Marky Mark Dominick is who we could replace them with. As much as I think these dudes have it coming, I aint in favor of making moves just for the sake of making moves. It needs to be an upgrade and make sense. Know what Im saying man? So if your the owner who do you replace these two cats with and why? Man, im open to ideas except the idea of keeping what we has got right now. I would like to see PR put out something about this too dawg. I be giving them a hard time about not writing nothing on Dominick and his 28-51 record as our GM but they still be the place for me for my team info. No way in hell I be leaving this place for the hell hole that be JBF. Yo man, I'd rather look at Medusa than look at JBF's website or listen to them on 620. It's terrible man. Terrible. Hopefully PR can do a even betta job with a new regime (if we get one). One of the frustrating things is we may not know for weeks - seem like the GLazers take forever with these types of things.
For GM, I'd look at...Omar Khan (Steelers Director of Business and Football Administration) Brian Gutekunst (Packers Director of College Scouting)Jason Licht (Cardinals Director of Player Personnel)For HC, I like Pete Carmichael.
First, I think that the Glazers are going to give Schiano/Dom one more year. I wouldn't say it's playoffs or bust for next year, but I would think 9 wins might be the bottom line. That said, I think if they replace Schiano, Lovie Smith is probably on the top of their list and I could see this being an attractive destination for Lovie. I'm not sure who the Glazers would replace Dom with, but they have gone inside the organization before and I wouldn't be surprised to see them do so again. Hickey or Stokes could be the next man up in that case.If they do replace Schiano, I doubt it will be for a college coach. This team has some talent, has a good cap situation and a probable high draft choice so I think they would go for a veteran coach. However, beyond Lovie, I'm not certain who they might be interested in. But again, I think they give Schiano/Dom one more year assuming that Schiano has a off season plan in place that indicates that he knows what the problems are and how he plans to fix them.
I mentioned this a while back. Bring in Bill Polian in a similar position that Rich McKay runs in Atlanta. Hire Tony Dungy as your GM and let Polian show him the ropes. Let Tony pick his coach. Maybe a defensive guy like Lovie Smith or Mike Zimmer. Or a Offenensive guy like Pete Carmichael or Jay Gruden. There is even a under the radar college coach from MichiganState Mark Dantonio that could be considered. JM2cents
I doubt Dungy would come back and I'm pretty sure there'll never be a coach named Gruden here again. I do like the idea of starting fresh starting from the top. A good GM and SOLID EXPERIENCED coach will do wonders
Whisenhunt
For GM I would want Eric Stokes who is already in the organization. He has really helped Dominik with his late round picks. Per my sources picking William Gholston was entirely Stokes' pick and so was Akeem Spence. I think he would be excellent as our GM.At head coach I personally don't know who to go with. Maybe Rex Ryan, Bill O'Brien, Jay Gruden, Mike Zimmer, Lovie Smith would be good (in that order). Also if we can convince a retired coach to come back that could work too.
You had me at "yo".I wouldn't mind Eric Stokes but my goal would be Scott McCoughlan.I would come out swinging and throw a blank check at David Shaw.
Rex Ryan
NOFUCKINGWAY
No more learning on the job college coaches. I only want a coach that has a minimum of a couple of years experience as a coordinator. For GM, I want DeCosta from the Ravens.
I'd rather have Schiano fired than Dom. Dom is a rockstar.
Whisenhunt
I don't get the hate on this hire. He has done wonders for Rivers in San Deigo and has a proven track record. You can't tell me he doesn't know what it takes to build a winner.

Is it Whisenhunt or McCoy? From some of the discussions I've heard on the NFL Network, the consensus is the changes were what McCoy brought with him from Denver. But, KW deserves credit for implementing it.
