Off season all but complete. Nailed it two years in a row. Roster is more or less complete. Very few slots open.
That being said, if tampa can add one position/player who/what would it be?
To me, its dl. Suh + vea? Awesome. Behind them? Jags. Mcclendon, nacho, o'connor, davis, kobe smith(who?) etc. Good team players, know the system. But nothing special.
For me its sheldon Richardson. Not sure what he has left at this point, but would be a huge upgrade over current in house options. Hes possibly a better fit for a 4-3 but id have no problem with him at NT/DE. Geno Atkins I'd like otherwise.
If I had a 2nd position group it'd be OL & Morgan Moses.
