If the Bucs Cut Revis, Could He Re-Sign?

Not even going to touch the draft pick aspect, but if the Bucs let Revis walk (seems inevitable barring a trade) is there a chance that he hits the market, finds he ain't going to get $16 million per, and comes back to the Bucs for less? Everyone assumes he'd go to some front runner, but maybe he could have seen some things here he likes.
