Okay, I'm a dog lover. And people that don't treat their dogs (or any animals) with love are not my friends. I have no idea if this article is true, but from the tone of the article, it appears to be so.

I can understand that a person might have to put up their pet for adoption for many reasons, but just leaving them by the side of the road is irresponsible.

I support my Bucs, but this is something that I would expect that a person would handle better.
