If you let Koetter go, do you have to let Licht go?

I see quite a few posts praising Licht for the talent he has assembled on this roster. I'm firmly in that group as well. Let's say the Bucs have another underwhelming season and Koetter is shown the door. What do you do with Licht at that point? Because if you keep Licht, your hands are tied. You'll have to find a coach that is willing to work with him and that automatically turns away some top candidates.
