If you really want to fix the O-line....

1) Trade OJ Howard to Washington for Trent Williams and give him a four year deal. Sorry its going to be expensive.

2) Trade down in the draft and pick Cesar Ruiz in the 1st and Isaiah Wilson in the 2nd.

Doing this would give you a very solid (albeit expensive) starting five, and good depth and future starters at center and tackle.

If you are going to do it, do it right and this is how you do it.
