What is the Bucs 2014-'15 record? Seriously. 7-9 next year, 3-3 in the division. Some things I want/need to see from this team next year:1. Homefield Advantage. Give me 6 wins at home, with solid attendance. 2. Top 14 defense in the league. 23+ sacks from the defensive line alone and let's develop somebody down in the trenches for tit's sake.3. Get Lavonte in the pro-bowl. Seriously. And will everyone pipe down about Kuechly. Not on our team, so move on with life.4. Mike Glennon starting by week 4. This is a tough one because it means I have to root for us to suck and for McCown to fall apart. But bottom line here is that at 35 years of age, McCown is NOT the future, no matter how well he does for one season.5. Make fans forget about the Revis debacle. Somebody step up in that secondary, please lol.6. Quicker pace on offense. Put some teams on their heels and dial up some pressure on D being up by 14+ points every so often.7.Develop some more home-grown talent. Let's give this team more identity, besides McCoy and David. Just in our division, it seems like NO, Atl, and Car have a handful of guys that any casual fan just knows by name alone.8. BE. COMPETITIVE. I still haven't forgotten that complete and utter meltdown in 2011-2012... I never want to see anything close to that depression-inducing disaster again.9. Make Buc fans all over, even JC, forget about Freeman. That cancer is gone and I'll forever thank Schiano for at least falling on that sword for us lol.Those are my expectations/wishes for Lovie/Licht's first season at the helm. Get it done, Bucs!
