It is down as people have rightly said already to "can you actually do the job". Otherwise it becomes "less fix apparent racism by giving people jobs based on the colour of their skin"
This whole Rooney rule thing just draws attention to what is really a non-issue these days for most folks. I mean, why is there no Rooney rule for Hispanics or Orientals (incl. Polynesians)? Or for OWNERS?

Dude, that place is just a huge circle jerk just like the old main board. I've had very few issues here since I joined a few years ago. People may argue but shlt never gets overly personal. Just a FYI: 'BucsnNoles' on this board is 'deltbucs' from the buttboy board.

I dont mind a little arguing. Debate is healthy. But when you get past the screen name and start researching who people really are then i have problems. They do that because the majority of the people there dont know a thing about the game.Thanks for the heads up. If we ever cross paths I will be sure to ignore. Delt is a joke.
