Again, screw other teams. Being #32 when the entire team is snakebitten and half of them don't really care... that's a given that has nothing to with Glennon.

Mike had a good year for a rookie. He was very good in the red zone and bad on 3rd down, but then again, considering the bucs had the 2nd most 3rd and long attempts a reasonable person wouldn't expect much different. Now, the problem comes when people try to forecast the future. If he has the same season he did last year, no one would be happy. My willingness to role with Glennon is under the assumption that he will improve with a 2nd year of experience, a new HC and a better scheme. If he doesn't, I'll be all behind us getting a new QB. Hell, even now as it stands I'm still behind drafting a guy not named Johnny Manziel.
No matter who they bring in he's going to start out being the 4th best QB in our division. Jameis Winston and anybody else would be the 4th best QB in our division if we drafted him this year.

Manning lost to a no-name nobody QB. It really doesn't matter these days. A QB is a QB is a QB. What you do on the field is what you are. In this case Glennon is 1/2 a step above Ryan but still sucks.

The numbers say Romo had a better season in 2013. Maybe he wasn't better in 2012 or 2011 and maybe he won't be better in 2014, but for 2013 he was better.

If the other 3 teams have probowl QBs and we are fielding a low end starter/backup caliber guy then you're damn right that needs to be a big concern. You aren't going to have a chance to win many playoff games when you have the worst QB in your division.
