Making a change has the possibility of improvement but sticking to the worst offers no room for improvement. Only through change can improvement happen. Hence Freeman to Glennon. That just didn't have as much improvement as needed so we need to do it again and again and again until we find enough of an improvement to win games. It doesn't matter if it takes a 1st rounder or a 7th rounder or free agency to get there. Whatever it takes needs to be done.

I think it's fair to believe he's very close to his ceiling. Haven't seen anything in his college or short pro career to believe otherwise. He certainly doesn't appear to have a ceiling higher than the other QBs in our division.

Yea...rookies never get better their 2nd year and beyond. Almost all of them hit their ceiling around the 4th or 5th start.

Ryan's team just went 4-12 with a better defense than the Cowboys and the two previous years Newton's team had a bad defense they went 7-9 and 6-10.
