Its going to be a bit of a challenge. With Lovie calling the shots, the new GM just needs to be a good capoilgist. And a lot of the prospective candidates will be looking for a real GM job somewhere. A young guy who knows how to work the numbers, would take the job, in hopes of bigger and better things down the road.
