Is Jason Licht a good GM?

My opinion is and will always be that he is a good GM who never plays it conservative and always signs and drafts to win and build long-term. He plays to win, not to not lose. I do not question his intentions or effort.

He has made some boneheaded moves but each one could be isolated to trying to fill a specific hole or answering tough long-term franchise issues(i.e. Kicker, Pass Rush, ect).

Thumbs up for me Mr. Licht!
