I personally am not a huge Licht fan. Looking to hear others takes. If you think im a fool for blaming Licht at this point than let me know here. If you dont trust Licht for the job like myself than let me hear some more reasons. I know the stick carrier crowd is about "follow the licht", but im not sure why.

Things that make me Wonder if Licht is an idiot:
Hargreaves with a top 10 pick - You never take a CB in the top 10 unless they are elite prospects in every way. Meaning unless theyre patrick peterson and Jalen Ramsey type of prospects you just dont do that. Hargreaves wasnt close to elite anything, and now on top of it all hes completely sucking. but I questioned Lichts IQ before Hargreaves sucked.
Roberto Aguyao - no explanation needed here. He may have beem the only GM in the league dumb enough to make that pick. we werent even a good team yet and he wasted a 2nd rounder on a kicker.
3 years without fixing the biggest glaring issue that existed on day 1 of his job, the passrush. Lichts only attempt at improving the team at our number 1 spot of need was to draft only one DE, and undersized 4-3 DE, and a couple of old guys who are just slightly above average with a short term shelf life. This is the number 1 reason why i personally think Licht is on the hotseat if our team goes below .500 this season.
his first year of FA - a complete an utter disaster. we spent so much money, and Im pretty sure not a single person is still on the team. I gave Licht the benefit of the doubt because it was his first year, and he quickly moved on from his mistakes by cutting all those guys, but now that our team still looks crappy im circling back around to this and noting it as a strike against him.
