Our Super Bowl winning formula was defense, turnovers, and protect the football on offense. Our last 3 hires since Gruden have been defensive minded head coaches, 2 have failed, and our current HC may too. If this season results in a failure and shows little to no signs of improvement, we must move on from Lovie and the whole bringing back the "tampa 2" dream. It's not going to happen. Brooks, Sapp, and Barber are gone. If this season is a failure and if the organization moves on from Lovie, I would like to see a 3-4 defense in Tampa Bay, and an aggressive offense that plays to score! We may not have currently have the personnel for it, but this organization truly needs a culture change and it should start with the offensive and defensive philosophies.
