Against Mountain West competition he very rarely was able to use his mobility as a significant weapon, huge leap of faith to think it will be an asset for him against NFL comeptition.Even if he does run a 4.5 at the combine ( which I seriously doubt and would be shocked ) , he doesn't show the pocket awareness and natural instinct for escaping to put that supposed speed to good use.
