Not a big Suh fan. He was a great college player but as I suspected he wasn't going to come into the NFL and overpower everyone like he did in college. I honestly thought Detroit would pick McCoy because his skill set translates better to the NFL. Thank God they bought into the college hype.
So where would you rank Suh among league DTs?
Not sure. He would be a NT in our defense. An overpriced NT. He just doesn't have that explosive first step. All he has is that bull rush. I honestly have no idea how to rank him. 4-3 nose tackles are dime a dozen but he is surely one of the best 4-3 NT's. It's just not a really valuable position. If I had to rank him next to all DT's he would possibly be top 10? McCoy top 3.
For as much hate as so many gave him here, dom said waay before mccoy even looked as good as suh, that if the draft was redone...he still would have taken mccoy over suh (if there was that possibility).Mccoy has done well for himself, AND...he actually deserves it. And this is the 1st year McCoy has put up a better statistical year and now all of a sudden Suh isn't that good....Bucs fans might possibly be the dumbest fanbase in football.
