Freeman had a higher ceiling and I dont know what is going on in his personal life, but its pretty obvious its something. A good Freeman is hands down better than anything we have seen out of Glennon. The problem is we didnt have a good Freeman in the first 3 games nor in most of the last few games of last season. An average Glennon is better than a bad Freeman...

Who was stuck in a corner? Freeman has years of history I can draw from to say he was not going to be elite. Its also completely evident that his play has declined...in a "fallen off the cliff" sort of way. I dont know what else you want me to say. I already agreed that a good Freeman was better than an average Glennon, but I dont see how you can reasonably say that what we divorced from was anywhere near a quality NFL QB. I hope he gets his head right, because he has the ability to be good....but right now he's going to have a hard time being anyone's #2.
