I highly doubt Tampa dangles the money needed to keep Kraken interested. They have to pay McCoy, soon.Too much money will be invested onto one side of the ball.David is going to get paaaaaid.  Revis is already paid.  McCoy is going to drink that milkshake.  He drinks it up!And then having Hardy make all that loot? Not happening.

David is going to get paaaaaid.

David won't get a new contract until after the 2014 and 2015 seasons, and even then, he will be getting $8M to $10M per year.

I'd imagine David will get a new contract at the end of this upcoming season.

Don't guys have to have 4 years in before they can renegotiate/negotiate a new contract?Even if that isn't the case, why would we restructure a year early and pay him $8M+ in 2015 instead of the $1M he is scheduled to make? That seems like an awful business move.

After three years of their rookie deal they can renegotiate.
