But there’s a lot of games left, a lot of time left to catch up.’’With his team in position Sunday to reach .500 for the first time since Dec. 2, 2012, Jackson says part of his job to keep the Bucs’ young players aware of what can still be accomplished.It’s a part of the job he says he embraces.“I enjoy being a guy with tenure,’’ said Jackson, who came to the Bucs as a free agent in spring 2012. “I know these young guys look up to me, and the best thing I can do is lead by example.“That means going out there and handling my job each and every day and being accountable to them.
