Brad Nortman - P - JaguarsJaguars agreed to terms with P Brad Nortman, formerly of the Panthers, on a four-year contract.The Jags are letting Bryan Anger walk four years after taking him with the No. 70 overall pick of the 2012 draft. Russell Wilson, of course, went five picks later. Nortman was a sixth-rounder the same season. Both players were in the middle of the pack in net punting average in 2015.
