just posting some things I noticed watching coaches film. I'm not a football expert by any means so if you think I am wrong feel free to express it.On Mike Evans' second drop of the day. I think Jameis missed a big play opportunity. It looks to be single high with the safety favoring Evans. Jameis could have looked him off with his eyes and hit the throw up the seam for a possible TD
On this play Jameis should have got the ball out quickly to Humphries in the redzone. He probably wouldn't have scored but he would have gotten the offense closer to the endzone. Instead he forced it to Evans and did not complete the pass.
on the next play he comes back and doesn't see a guy wide open guy on the same side of the field. the DB was playing too far off and Jameis should have gotten him the ball quickly and he could have possibly scored.
he missed Brate who came open in the middle of the field after a double move. Jameis looked to the left side of the field first but then he came off the read.
he could have had a completion to mike evans on an out route. safety seemed to be playing deep to prevent any big play down the field
this is the play where he audibled trying to hit a deep shot to Mike. He could have hit Brate on the out route because the safety was bailing. Or he could have thrown deep middle for a completion
On another of Mike Evans' drops, Jameis held the ball too long. At the top of his drop the ball should have been out and he should have hit Dye who is wide open in the middle of the field.
On the drive in the 4th Quarter when a score was needed he didn't recognize the corner blitz. he should have got the ball out of his hands quickly to Dye who could have potentially got some YAC. Lovie could have then considered whether to go for it on 4th down if he didn't get it.
