I didn't want him to say anything. He chose his words carefully and he has no reason to lie. His philosophy is his philosophy.
I don't think you can draw much of anything from a mid level personnel guy's time with another team.
the whole idea of anything else is plain silly. No one knows a thing about what these guys really did, or do, or think. It's all ill conceived notions based on personal bias.

Nope. As I said, there wasn't much to choose from in 2009 and 2010 anyways....so I wasn't holding those years against him. He was still part of 2012 and 2013. It is somewhat comforting to know he didn't have any part in drafting Skelton or passing on the 2011 QBs though. Like I said in my first post in this thread, I don't know much about him so I don't have a strong opinion. The ability to find a legit QB, and the importance placed on a QB are my only concerns. Outside of that, he seems to have been part of some good drafts. Fingers crossed.

FWIW, I believe he said you find your stars in the draft and you emphasize value in FA.
