He has final say on the draft and other personnel decisions, Jay Glazer reported it is a real gm spot, I think Lovie's power was a little overstated.

Says it will be a four year deal like lovies that's good they both need to get it done and be on the same page for this to work. I think the glazers have finally made the right hires this off-season. I look forward to this dudes pc to see a little snippet of what he's about and his philosophy.
