I like how the Cardinals didn't age discriminate and signed Abraham and Dansby, who provided 18 sacks on the season. Man, I'm glad Dominik's gone. He'd rather go with young, crappy players that had no business starting on an NFL team.
Good point.
Anyone claiming they know for a fact that he will make all the right moves is talking out of their ass.
Name one person who said that they know for a fact that he will make all the right moves.#strawman
Perhaps it was an over exaggeration on my part....just like those claiming I hate the move. I mean I have the right to be a little skeptical at this point or am I supposed to fall in line because everyone else is doing the same.

You're supposed to drink the kool-aid...DUH!!!
@RapSheet:Before #Bucs struck a deal with new GM Jason Licht, I’m told the #Dolphins found out about TB’s interest & made a late attempt to hire Licht

Someone should have told me that brain cells aren't to be used here. Opps

LOL...should have been fairly apparent after reading for 5 min.
I was driving home from work last night and heard the announcer on NFLRadio say we'd hired Jason Light and I was all excited that the guy who created Mega Man was going to be our new GM.Who else, by just reading his name, thought it was pronounced "Likt"? I sure did.
So why did the Dolphins try and c0ck block us at the last minute ? Because they don't know who they are supposed to hire , or because they wanted to be d0uches ??
I would assume because he was their favorite candidate but they were still doing their due diligence and going through the interview process, but the Bucs forced their hand.

Ray Farmer and Jason Licht were, apparently, the two finalists for Miami. Most likely, they had seen that we were going with Licht for our GM vacancy and the Dolphins brass panicked. Also, apparently, candidates are being advised NOT to interview for/take Miami's GM job.
The thing that maybe has me more skeptical than most is why if Licht was such a great choice wasn't he brought in sooner? The initial names were Ballard, Vital, Dawson, Ross, Gamble, Brown...Licht was at best the 5th guy interviewed with Ballard and Gamble not interviewing.

You assume they interview in order of preference as opposed to availability.

Why wouldn't he have been available? Cardinals weren't in the playoffs.....was it reported that he was unavailable early on? If not then aren't you doing exactly what you're accusing me of? Assuming?
It sounds like they didn't know he was the guy until they interviewed him , and he really impressed them as well as had a good chemistry with Lovie.Nothing wrong with that.
Honestly if we were going this route we might as well have kept Dominik. This seems like a blind stab in the dark by the Glazers hoping for good results. What I see is a guy who has not kept the same job or stayed in the same city for more than 3 years. To me that smells of a guy who has more of a short term mindset as oppose to long term.
Who would you have preferred?
