Jensen wasn't great and benching Hainsey instead of moving one of the centers to guard was moronic.
The left side got obliterated. Smith is literally asleep out there adjusting his jockstrap.
Goedeke is absolute trash.
That first run if the game where the backside wasn't sealed, said it all
From a Cowboys website, a perspective on how bad our line was:
"The Buccaneers’ rushing game only mustered 52 yards on the night as a result of the early success for Dallas and that allowed Parsons and company to go to work. Brady was pressured 19 times and Dan Quinn only dialed up six blitzes in the contest so the front four for the Cowboys was having no problems.
Parsons was efficient all night and even drew a holding call early in the game, something he should, but doesn’t get often"
Nobody outside the team know the actual injury status of all the player BUT I am pretty sure putting Jensen in was more of a desperation move, hoping that a still injured/not game fit Jensen is better for the team OVERALL then an injured Hainsey. Its an indication that the coaches know themselves that the team is in trouble
Jensen, or "odd man out," as JC likes to call him steps right into the playoff with zero real playing time, significant injury . . . .back up at G next to him?
tall order, but great to see. Hope he has a great game
How did that work out? Jensen had 2 bad snaps, 15 yard penalty, no running game, inside pressure all night. Hainsey needs to be the center going forward with Leverett at LG.
JC, its one thing to be a pretend GM, but its another to be a pretend GM with a fragile ego. Fragile ego because your earlier post was that Jensen was not better than the guys in there now. The team -- the professionals who actually see everyone - clearly did not agree because they felt that they needed to bring Jensen on even if he never played a snap all year.
People like you would be calling the coaches idiots for sitting Jensen. You all just modify your position over time. Another one of the pretend GMs here said EARLIER in the season that ARIANS would have had the team at 10-2. Later in the season (after SR said as much in an article lol) that stance was modified to Arians offense being dated (as opposed to just Leftwich unable to call a game with Arians offense).
I guess Arian would have had the Bucs at 10-2 because he would've started to use analytics? LMAO
as we now all know, dysfunction all around
Watched the All-22 and Jensen killed the Bucs offense. Starting him in this game was maybe Bowles and Leftwich's dumbest decision of the year. And Goedeke is a toad. Leverett is light years better.
lol. Right.
Why don’t you actually watch the All-22 and give us YOUR take.
Break it down for us in YOUR words.
Will be interested to see your summary.

thought you were done with me, lol
If you ever take off your Buggsy costume and try to think and read the words I posted you'd see the point I was making doesnt relate to Jensen's performance in the game, it reltes to the Bucs and JC . . sliding his own position on Jensen. Something you are familiar with, right? SLIIIIIIIIIIIDDIIIIIING your own take?
You were at one time posting that Arian running THIS offense has us at 10-2 but then at the end of the year you were parroting that the Arians offense itself was dated. So, Arians, who is famously anti-analytics and much older than our former OC and the actual creator of the offense . . was actually going to have us at 10-2 at one point with this offense?
You'll ignore all that and babble on about All-22 . . . .because . . . ya know . .

As most here know, he doesn’t have the ability or knowledge to break down a play. He’ll be scouring the internet for days for help, only to make himself look even more clueless. It’s why crickets were offered the last time you challenged him to prove his point with film analysis.
To JC’s point about Jensen, it’s likely exaggerated - as his praise for Leverett was. Jensen had some bad snaps, but that’s to be expected for a guy that hadn’t played live football for a year. Like Hainsey before him, Jensen wasn’t the reason the offensive performance was dogshit. That reason is looking for other employment at the present.
While he was active for the game, Hainsey was injured the prior week. Jensen was more healthy, so he got the nod. Unlike the Dean situation, it’s not very scandalous.

How do you come to that conclusion when Jensen has been out since the 2nd day of training camp? Nobody could expect him to come in and be at 100%. The guy who made the decision to play him has been fired, so that decision is water under the bridge. But to take his performance against Dallas as representative of his abilities is irresponsible.

It's so weird...
Placed 2nd in my club championship a few weeks ago.
Paired with the same guy over the course of the tourney. Two different holes over those 3 days, the dope tried to hit a shot with a 60 degree that was never going to work. Not necessarily because of the club selection, but more so because of the quality of the player.
On the last day, I politely offered input that he needed to change clubs. He snapped back claiming it was the "shit condition his wedge was in".
Alas, I watched him chunk YET another pitch, in a similar situation he had been every day.
Moral of the story being...just man up and eat it. @biggs3535 hell, you and I have not always seen eye to eye in the last DECADE we've engaged with each other.
But, I respect you, because you argue your points with facts/analytics/metrics/etc.
Most importantly, when you're wrong...you own it.
And, we both know, I've had to own more wrongs than you have over the last 10+ years. I have no problem admitting that.
I guess my bigger question is...why does the drunk driving ambulance chaser and the Philly cock holster find it impossible to just sack up...own their L...and move on?
Would love to hear your input.
Imagine thinking this was a "burn" . .
he doesn’t have the ability or knowledge to break down a play.
That’s your All-22 breakdown?
and then following it up with this . .
Moral of the story being...just man up
DH, the rest of the world can surely only dream of being the kind of manly man you must be posting those searing 'burns" on a football message board about "breaking down" film!
:-)

Still waiting on your All-22 breakdown…
…which, ironically enough, you refuse to provide.

RE the aptly-named clown: Being right is very important to him. On the rare occasion it does happen, you’ll see “like I said” for days. But crickets when he has to eat it.
RE the other dickbag loser: A clinical lack of shame and self-awareness explains quite a bit. Not sure if you remember or not, but a poster on one of the boards the asshole destroyed wrote this long psychological analysis on that piece of shit’s behavior several years ago. It was fascinatingly accurate. But alas, I can’t recall all of it - and I’m not familiar enough with the science to re-analyze.
