Good Job JL. I knew you could do it!!!! I never doubted, came close to the wire...Just The Way I Like IT!!!!. Now round it out with some depth, allowing us to focus on BPA in the draft. Still have some concerns at CB and DL. But if Vita and CK show up and continue to grow (even Vita can grow, never Stop Learning and Stay "Hangry"). Need JTS and Hall to STEP UP!!! They just need some good coaching and support. I think we are headed in the right direction. This Season will be a "Cinderella" Season for the bucs I think....

We got Brady and a Super Bowl and for at least 2 of those 3 years we were at our height (arguably speaking) as a franchise
he seems to be 50/50 on drafts. Some years are goat status with Winfield and wirfs while others are complete dumpster fires like the next year - JTR, Trask and Darden

Good job, and I guess you can make a case that we did value our own FA’s. However, we’ve only made one outside FA addition (Jordan Whitehead), which was offset by the Carlton Davis loss / which is a net balance. We’re still treading water.
Those 2023 draft picks on defense will need to take a big step in 2024 - AND we have to bring in ONE show/stopping 1st rounder (C/edge/CB), to really say we improved this team.
Not quite ready to grant JL Hall-of Fame status, yet…(but he’s getting prettt darn close).
