Alright, this tape is a bit better in viewing Safety play. Let's take a look at what we find:
(7:10) - Shotgun Inside Zone against C2M. Whitehead doesn't have a play here, but he is where he is supposed to be in run support.
(7:50) - Nickel w/ both LBs pressing A gaps. 2 Deep look, but its C3Z Blitz (both LBs) so this is a really compromised Zone. Whitehead is deep middle. QB is cocking to through the quick hitch to the TE a few yards short of the sticks (vacated area) immediately. Whitehead sees it and is downhill instantaneously. He explodes into the back of the TE right at the catch. TE holds on, but this is a big hit and they get nothing more.
This is great Safety play here.
(8:27) - They're showing 2 Deep against 3 Wide, but its definitely Man and Whitehead has the Slot receiver his side (and he has to be well off to disguise the coverage). Its Shotgun ZRO Give the other way, but they show Bubble Screen to the Slot that Whitehead has and he is downhill immediately. He sees it and shows very good acceleration to the Slot.
(9:05) - Looks to be C3Z Cloud w/ Whitehead as the Cloud Safety over the CB on the near boundary. There is either a deep route or a Dig over there but CB is going the other way and our action is out of the frame.
(9:46) - Looks like C3Z Cloud the other way this time with Whitehead as deep middle. Pressure is there so quickly that we don't have any idea about coverages.
(10:30) - This one is difficult to tell exactly what the coverage is (because of the broadcast view), but I think it ends up being C1M w/ 5 coming and Whitehead being the FS.
The blitz doesn't come home and it appears that the bottom boundary CB is 1v1 against that WR on a Post. Whitehead isn't there as he is helping over top of the WR on the far boundary. The QB goes to that Post (WR had a step) and just misses. Whitehead tries to get back to help but he is completely out of the play.

That is enough for now. These broadcast views are really difficult to discern the quality of deep Safety play (and that is what he is playing here mostly). Just in this snippet of plays, we've seen him play deep middle in C3Z, FS in C1M, Cloud Safety in C3Z Cloud, one of 2 deep in C2M, and we saw him in Man coverage.
