Most people aren't blaming Bowles for the roster as currently is constructed or the dead money. Most people have issues with his in-game decisions as Head Coach, which has cost this team multiple games already this season.
such hilarious BS and so easy to complete;y obliterate.
If the defense hold the Chiefs and stops them BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE TALENT TO DO SO. . . . not a freaking person says anything about PUNTING the ball late instead of going for it. Its the FREAKING losing that makes people question the coaching decisions. Its the LOSING that puts the team in the position whre those choices are amplified.
An EASY example form the last game. Multiple people from the game thread criticized the OLB drop in coverage against CMC. Understandable because its a bad BLITZ (a coaching choice) IN RESULT. IN RESULT. The play did NOT work out. The blitz failed. The very next play or two, whuie the Red Board is grousing about that play, the Bucs run the same type of zone blitz and get a big sack.
FANS COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING -- REAL, IMAGINE or JUST STRAIGHT UP LIES -- when they are unhappy with the outcome or the player or coach. Mayfield was blamed for the direction of runs last year. If the Bucs lead the division the talk about Bowles is very different even with choices like going for 2
Just looks at all the RIDICULOUS conspiracy theory posts about Tucker . . from crazy to total falsities
JP talks about Bowles’ blunders
There are certainly many to discuss, even as his main defender clutches it’s pearls.
The Bucs could have kicked the can down the road some more, but then they would be .... the Saints. They pushed money from the players they resigned in the offseason, but those are players in their prime who project to be the lynchpins of the team next year.
Sure, they don't what Bowles to continually screw things up
But that's the issue. Most people aren't blaming Bowles for the roster as currently is constructed or the dead money. Most people have issues with his in-game decisions as Head Coach, which has cost this team multiple games already this season.
He's just not a good HC. I'd say he's average at best, and that's being generous with a career 47-64 (.423) record.
Spot on.
But, when it does come to the roster/personnel, here’s Todd’s latest take,
“We don’t need any new players. No doubt about it," Bowles said. "If we stop making mistakes that we’re making, we’re in every game at the end. We have to turn it around and turn those losses into wins.”
